If they're this bad now, I can only imagine how terrible they'd be if they were 10-0. Can anybody here old enough to remember football in the 90's give us some color on what this fanbase is like when their team is good?

Tennessee is trending vertical. They're exponentially better than they were when they played Oklahoma and Florida.

In the late 90s, I acted like Tennessee invented the game of college football and left road wins against ranked teams mad if we didn't win by double digits :)

Wait. LSU has played 1 more SEC game than Tennessee has. If Tennessee wins this weekend, LSU and Tennessee will have the same number of SEC wins with the same number of SEC games played. Funny how that works, huh?

As bad as any fanbase. To this day, they act as if they were the preeminent dynasty of the 1990s despite only winning 3 conference championships and one national championship in that decade. Source: growing up in 1990s Tennessee.

I didn't realize Greg "Tennessee might be the East favorite in 2015" McElroy and Booger "Dobbs is a Heisman favorite in 2015" McFarland were Vol fans.

UT has the most football-ignorant fan base in all of CFB. When they win they sing Rocky Top (the only fight song that people clog to) over and over and over. Then lose one game and they're ready to fahr the HC! The only smart thing Kiffin has ever done is to leave that God-forsaken shitehole.
