With their win Saturday, they are now 7-8 vs. A&M all time.

Pinkel is 7-2 vs. A&M as Missouri's head coach.

Sheesh. You're like the bearer of every-bad-news-one-could-imagine guy.

Mizzou has won lately. We get it.

I hate losing to Mo more than any other SEC team. And I hated it when we were in the Big 12. It should not happen, and yet it does, over and over again. Gotta give Pinkel all the credit.

I agree that sucks, but I think it shows how good of a coach Pinkel is.

Look at the first part of the alltime and it was equally lopsided our way pre-Pinkel. Then, starting the year Reggie and Sumlin beat OU, they have just wrecked us. I am so happy I got to see Johnny beat them, in retrospect that was a rare event. Heck, this makes me kinda like the ridiculous 6 year rotation with East teams. Maybe the next time we play them Pinkel will have retired and we can start to even the series.

Could you imagine what we could be if we ever got a COACH as good as Pinkel? I simply don't know how he has the D-Line they do with where they end up in the recruiting rankings. Normally D line is all obvious talent, so unless you are a top 10 recruiting program a great d line is normally a pipe dream. But Mizzou does it year after year.

I doubt he would leave missouri, but I would love Steckel as DC. Not Sumlins style though lol.

There used to be a train that ran from Houston to Chicago. (There used to be an hundred such, but I'm talking circa 1990).

We got on that train in Longview and rode it to St. Louis. We rented a car there (this was like 1992). The guys at the Hertz or Avis asked us if we were going to drive THROUGH East Saint Louis. We were like, "Huh?" They were like, "If so then you'll have to pay an extra $250." We said, "No". It was only like 8 months later that we connected it all with the movie "National Lampoon's Vacation".

We beat Missouri bad. We were the last ever Southwest Conference dynasty. (We'd been the first, if memory serves), also.

What the OP said has merit if I'm not mistaken.
