How did Auburn only score 7 vs the Georgia defense?

I just can't wrap my head how a team that has not scored less than 20 points in 2 seasons was held to 7 points by the same team that gave up over 400yards rushing to Florida.

The fact that Auburn went down the field on the first drive with ease and scored 7 like it was nothing makes it even more baffling.

I just expected more out of the GO, GO , GO , GO offense.

Lemme know if you ever figure that out. Blew my mind just as much as the UGA/FLA game.

It was raining down from the rafters for every offensive possession.

It was our version of the 86 hoses game.

Auburn was actually being called for a lot of the holding going on. Also, Leonard Floyd was in star instead of Swann, so no good match up of a big TE on a smaller DB which is what happened a lot on FLorida game.

Barners are gadget program, haven't done shite against us for the last 6 quarters.

They've only scored 17 points (in last 6 qtrs.) on a Pruitt defense since he made adjustments at halftime of the BCSNCG...

Pretty sure Shon Coleman is still holding.

Armarlo Herrera was a beast.

We couldn't get the ball in the first half because our special teams kept F'ing us up. The second half we just quit.

But the Barners said Pruitt wasn't a good coach. Guess they were wrong.

You're lucky the outcome wasn't worse. We should have been up 20 at half.

This one is pretty easy to answer. Turnovers and UGAs run game limited our possessions and opportunities. Add that with a couple of key drops, penalties and playing without Duke, and it results in 7 points.

Spit...Stiff Dew....

Starting to see a trend here. Light moisture must be Gus' kryptonite.

Several of the drops were poor passes. I would say out of all of them only one of them was perfect and that was a pass to Coates. The rest were either behind the receiver or very tough catches.

The last 4 teams he's been a part of that have played against Auburn were all 4 losses for auburn.

Maybe they'll start to realize it now.
