I haven't kept up with anything this offseason, but I do know that they kept it close last year at Baylor, even tho there were 1000 fouls commited. I would think we should have a chance with it being at home, but it is a noon game on a Tuesday.

I'm actually pretty confident heading into the game. The team looked really good against North Florida and if Henry can stay out of foul trouble he is gonna be a force this season. Hopefully the Lithuanians continue to play well and the guards keep working the ball inside. Expect to see them slashing into the lane either looking for a runner or dumping off a pass to the big guys.

This team is gonna try and win on defense from the inside and although the forwards might lack the size you'd expect for a team to do that, Kacinas and Carrera are sneaky rebounders that play with a ton of energy and Chatkevicus is tall and boxes out well. The focus is on rebounds and contesting shots instead of getting turnovers.

I don't know much about Baylor other than they lost Isiah Austin and Hesslip from last year's team.

If we win tomorrow, it will be a huge upset. Baylor isn't in the Top25, but they are in the Top 40 and expected to make the NCAA's.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I feel like this is about the 5th or 6th time we've played Baylor in the last 8 or so years and I feel like we've held our own against them which is saying something considering how bad we've been and how good they've been in comparison (last year included)

CFM said today that they're not nearly as big but that are a much quicker team, noted also that they brought in a couple JUCOs that can really shoot the basketball as well.

Should be a good early measuring stick for our squad imo. Hopefully we can get the W, I'd say we have a pretty good chance.
