Last week I predicted that UGA would rush for 310 yards against the vaunted AU run defense that was only allowing about 129 per game. Very pie in the sky sure, but I thought we could do it.

After the 144 by our backup Chubb, 138 by Gurley, and a few random yards by others, we only managed to amass 289 yards. Boy was my face red checking the box score Saturday. In the future, I will keep my unrealistic expectations more in check, and try to be a little more grounded.

To be fair, you couldn't have expected AU to just roll over and take it to that extent. If Chubb's in there for that last series, we maybe could have gotten to 310.

true, but that's football. You can't account for everything.

These kind of over the top predictions further solidify my stance for your perma-banning.

Be gone peasant

We're still very much in contention, unlike the team you root for who was eliminated about a month ago.

On second thought, you actually could have expected that. At this point, Auburn getting blown out by Georgia is a pretty regular thing.

you didn't fix anything, in fact you fricked it up.

My post was about aTm being elminated, which you altered the quote. You're saying that aTm was eliminated after the SC game in week 1? Makes a lot of sense...

You missed it......A&M was eliminated after the SC game, no one could see it then but it happened

Chubb actually was the starter of the game. Gurley was the backup off the bench. You should feel red faced about that as well for not knowing who starts and who doesn't.

I think Auburn really wanted to take a play from UGA's book this year and know what it feels like to just consistently underachieve.

1) Chubb is our backup running back.
2) If Gurley hadn't just torched your ST for a 100 yard touchdown he would've been the first on the field.

Georgia fans just continue to prove everything people like me say about them is true. They celebrate individual victories like the Auburn game as their super bowl and they are content not winning or even playing for championships

Gurley just took the kickoff back.
