I know CMR said no black jerseys. But I see where the fans are trying to start a blackout. Blackout
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this how it started in 2007. The fans started it then the team came out in black?

CMR called for fans to wear black in 2007 but denied the players would, claiming that they couldn't get black jerseys made and delivered in a week.

I'm wearing black too. If there's not a blackout, no big deal. If there is, awesome, I know what I'm doing.
If I wear red and there's not a blackout, no big deal. If I wear red and 90% of the fans are wearing black, I'm that guy who is either clueless or doesn't know how to have a little fun.

I like the idea of blacked out stands but the team in red. The contrast at night will look very good IMO.

I'm wearing black but not necessarily for the blackout but because it's going to be cold as frick and my black fleece is the warmest thing I own that's not camo.

Anyways, if they weren't thinking of doing the blackout, it would stand to reason that they'd ask him to knock if off by now.
They obviously haven't so, I can only assume that the Blackout is at the very least being considered, IMO.

I'm fine if the team doesn't do it. Of course I would love them to. But I just don't want our crowd to half arse it.

People thinking the blackout had anything to do with Bama hammering us get pretty old.
Unless a different uniform was gonna make a freshman big enough to block Terrance Cody (among many many other problems between our teams that year), the uniforms didn't have a damn thing to do with it.
