Big 12 and Pac 12 have 12 teams but play only 3 out of conference games.

Sec, Big 10, ACC all have 14 teams but play 4 out of conference games.

FWIW SEC is 43-3 in non-conference games.

You mean Tenn-Oklahoma

I want 8 teams, but that is beside the point. I thought they were going to use the BCS formula to get the four best teams. I think the BCS computers at 33% were good because it factored out bias and calculated things like wins and losses on the road vs at home. Each week I'm less and less impressed by the committee.

By the nature of interconference play you will never get the best 4 teams. We are mostly likely going to always get the best from 3 conferences with one wild card each year.

They are obviously looking at records more than considering who is "best".

SECE is garbage and holds the SEC back. SECE is on the level of GT's and Duke's division of the ACC.

From what exactly?

If the SECe was having up years like it did in the past, the SECw would have even more losses and even more unlikely to get a team in the playoffs.

Ridiculous if you think the SECe is the same level as ACC.
