Alabama Fans Are Classier Than LSU Fans

I used to be under the impression that LSU fans always had a good deal of class especially during the Saban years. The classiness associated with the football program has faded since saban has left and now we are back to being the drunk trash that we were in the 80s and 90s. A few anomalies in the news have given the Bama fanbase a bad name as a whole and have made the fanbase notorious for outrageous things (teabag, tree poison, etc). I've changed my mind about their fanbase after attending the last 3 games.

The bama fans that I interacted with at Bryant Denny and Tiger Stadium were very classy and didn't aggressively trash talk me or my friends. They were very respectful to tiger fans and the program. I think Saban has brought the class that we once used to have to Alabama. I always have a great time in Tuscaloosa. Nice town and people. On the other hand, an LSU fan tried to fight me Saturday for saying Harris should be playing. This isn't the first time it's happened. I feel like every home game at Tiger Stadium, fans are pouting and calling to fire miles or someone else on the coaching staff. Everyone is spoiled and leaves early. Also, STTDB and "frick you Saban" is about as trashy as it gets. After the game, I saw numerous tiger fans punching signs and acting unsportsmanlike to the bama fans. I don't think there's another fanbase out there that stoops this low.

This will always be a game I look forward to but I wish LSU fans could just show better sportsmanship next time instead of acting like butthurt losers at the game and on the internet for that matter.
