And are utterly undeserving of their rank in the top 6 at the moment, where should they be ranked? What's a fair spot for the Tide who's best win is against 25 WVU and has a loss to the only good team they have played this year.

I hope people can give serious answers, I'm genuinely curious as to where the average SEC fan would place them as of right now.

You are obviously rustled by the criticism. At least that is what people say when Auburn posters respond to the perception about our luck

8th -10th. If we win out we absolutely deserve to be in the dance though.

Everyone just trolls us Bama fans because of hatred and jealousy. We're obviously a top 5 team. Just watch us truck LSU Saturday night.

Is it so difficult to just type a number into the reply box?

I'm admitting we have played a weak schedule to this point. I just want to see what would be a fair ranking.

Patton,

You seem jaded, If we win out we are in... but to humor your pain id say we are 7-9 ish. When I look at the teams around that area it seems fair.

Am I supposed to take your schedule into account? I don't think you are the best team in the country or even in the SEC, but you might end up that way because of a favorable schedule.

As you have already pointed out, you are in serious contention without beating much of anybody. Most or all of your remaining tough games seem to be at home. You could literally make the 4 team playoff with a victory over a team Auburn beat 41-7 as your signature road win

Don't worry Patton.

This week apparently is our second real test (we failed our only one according to them), so they will definitely stop saying this if we beat LSU.

Next week: "LSU sucks, Alabama still hasn't played anybody.... just wait Moo State will show 'em!"

You could by beating a team which Florida beat by 18.

Let me guess? Transitive properties only work when talking about other teams and not your own?

Right?

After you start with an insane assertation? I say they should be in the "others receiving votes."

To be fair our schedule is very backloaded. We play LSU Mississippi State and Auburn in the next couple weeks. That's two top five teams and a top 15 team. So is Alabama's schedule been weeks to this point, it's hard to argue otherwise. Florida fell flat on their face and so did Texas A&M. West Virginia was a good test for the first game of the season, but already has three losses against the three good teams they played.

All these things considered I'm curious as to where the rant think a fair ranking for Alabama is. I don't believe it's 6. We still have a lot to prove.

Should be ranked the lowest of all the one loss teams.

honestly I'd vote them 4th behind Miss State, Florida State and Auburn.
