Cam, Casher, Kelly, Dom, Hill

I think Dom is more of a rg, our tackles and center spot should be pretty strong going into next year. We'll see what kind of play we get from the guards.

C-Rob Casher Kelly Dom Hill

Dom fits better at RG than LG, just my opinion.

Year after put Hass at Center, Piersbacher at RG or RT if Hill is gone.

To be different:

LT- Cam Robinson
LG- Grant Hill
C- Ryan Kelly
RG- Dom Jackson
RT- Isaiah Prince

I'll take the blame for jinxing it if Bama doesn't land Prince.

I like that line a lot Mag, didn't even think about that. Get Prince PT while Big Cam is here, then move him to LT after Cam moves on. That'd be sweet, if we get Prince.

Is he gonna be an EE wherever he lands?

I think that line guarantees Coker starts too, as I'm not sure Morris or Bateman could see over that line

How A&M has handled LT/RTs is something that went through my mind, rather than having a pure RT. It's appealing for playing time and getting them into the NFL.

I don't believe Prince is an EE, so it does put him a little behind. Just comes down to how prepared he comes in at(wherever that may be) and being one of the best 5. He's looks a little lean, but more so because of his height than anything(6-7, 285). He'll have a collegiate strength regiment given to him after NSD, so he'll be on his way to getting prepared for the next level.

For sure. He won't be in the mold of a Fluker who blows people off the line on the right, but I love the idea of a LT type at RT.

Wonder what we do at FB?

Not directly related to this thread but some dude on BOL is saying he talked to one of our players last night who said Cam would be ready for LSU.

Another guy said look for Cam to return to practice on Monday or Tuesday.

Take all of this with a huge grain of salt obviously.

Don't see hill playing guard. Otherwise probably would have played guard during the Taylor/brown struggles

I would have said Fretaig a few months ago, but looks like he padlocked himself into the doghouse.

The backup, Mike Nysewander, is graduating with Fowler.

I'd guess it'd be one of Corey McCarron, Gussie Busch, or TFS.

Might not run a FB but instead put Dom jackson in as full back on short yardage. On base formation add an extra OL or WR

I think they'd do it in an attempt to field the top 5, Hill being the most versatile out of all the linemen.

They told Drew Richmond a few months ago that Grant Hill was a better interior guy than RT. Obviously a pitch at playing time, but it also shows they were willing to put him inside as well.

I'm not sure why we haven't seen more of him inside during the struggles at RG. Could be stubbornness to make Brown work as a Senior, not comfortable with OT depth compared to RG, or even Hill missing some tinkering time in practice when he had mono.

I've seen him as a Junior, but I could be wrong.

Unless he just moves on after getting a degree.

Not sold on Dominick, he's had plenty of shots to play this year and hasn't seen the field short of garbage time so I'm going with the following

Cam, Pierchbacher, Kelly, Bozeman, Hill

* Kelly might flirt with the NFL but he needs to get bigger and stronger.
* Shank Taylor will compete for a guard spot, not sure if he is a powerful enough run blocker to win it,
* I heard a lot of good things about Casher who is redshirting so he might be in there for a guard spot.
