SEC games on ABC Saturday Night?

So I've been wondering why you never see any SEC games on ABC. I know CBS gets first pick and then ABC/ESPN. But the 2nd SEC games are always on ESPN/ESPN2. You would think they would put their biggest games on ABC, like OM/Aubrun this weekend should be on ABC.
I saw somewhere that there is a clause in the CBS contract that doesnt allow SEC games to be put on ABC and they most be on ESPN. Is this true?
I dont think this applies to neutral site games like Alabama-Michigan a couple years ago.

This is not a spot for SEC games. A few SEC teams have appeared in that spot as "visiting" against "home" teams from the ACC, the Big 10, or maybe even the Bit 12, even if it is a neutral site game.

They called LSU/OM
ETA: LSU/USC was on ABC in 2012. CBS gave ESPN first pick for a week that season in order to show tGOTC in 2011 in primetime.

I think UGA/USC was on ABC in 2012 but I was at the game so im not sure.

Not possible unless UGA was playing the other USC in the LA Coliseum.
