These are an abomination. Total disrespect to the 1939 team. A real team. Back when we didn't allow the gentler sex in my school. Even the gentler sex back in 39 was tougher than the soft boys on this board. /Hank

Could have done without the "stitching" on the helmet.
I really like the photoshop image someone did on Jeff Fuller. Those were pretty slick.

Helmet is good. Pants are good. Jersey looks too new.

Helmet is great, but overall it's disappointing. Ugly jersey killed it with the patterned design.
But if its pissing off the traditionalist uniform crowd, then I'm all for it.. When will they understand that their lily old arse ideas are useless in today's recruitment of young athletes? Yes, recruits chose schools over the dumbest things nowdays, so get over it. This isnt the 1950's anymore where your recruitment is based off of impressing farm kids and Navasota HS standouts. I bet you this helmet will look nice for recruits to wear and mess with during their official visits. I'd imagine the equipment staff will put it up for display along with the maroon, black, white, Icy chrome, and this one which I don't know what to call...all I know is that its pretty sweet.

For some reason these days I'm much less interested in what recruits like.
Alabama, LSU, and Auburn somehow manage to get by on their classic uniforms. Weird, I know. But it's true.

As usual, Junior, you are wrong. But you are probably accustomed to that.
I clearly stated my opinion on the uniform here several hours ago.
