What can you tell me about the "Spirit Orb" phenomena?

I used to think it was just dust, but what can explain the videos of them floating around? the people I have found on youtube posting videos of them claim that the phenomena is associated with meditation.

I believe highly in spirits. Personal reasons, I wont go into. Anywho. I used to be a fanatic about taking pictures and catching orbs, bugs zipper lights, or light streaks or smudges but, you have to be careful and distingush between what is dust and whats not.

The newer the camera, the less spirit orbs. Funny how that happens.

I've seen several thousand when it got real cold here once, they even accumulated on the ground.
