What I can't understand is why, given all the attacks on Winston, Fisher and his wife would not only send their kid to school in his jersey but post it on twitter for everyone to see (and then include a hashtag about haters).

Yeah-this is more about the parents' lack of foresight and judgment than the kid. Rape accusations (still being investigated by FSU), crab legs theft (confirmed), jumping on table yelling profanities (confirmed), and autograph signing accusations (being investigated)...
