The best part of the 20k Tennessee fans coming to Oxford is that they paid at least twice face value to an Ole Miss fan to see our team drag their shambling corpse of a program around the field for four hours when they could have just stayed at home and watched it for free.

People who can afford it don't care about wins or loses. Its about spending money and having a great time.

Ole Miss doesn't have enough trashy sidewalks to buy up the shitty upper deck seats that are so far away from the field it's equivalent to throwing money away.

State returned a similar amount of tickets to what Ole Miss did. UK returned even more.
LSU returned tickets to Florida for the first time in awhile.
I think we (bigtime college football programs) are in some kind of fan attendance shift that we'll be able to describe and characterize better in a few seasons.
