There are pictures of her with the SC high school recruits she was busted with.
She's a white girl who whored herself out to African-American recruits. Slutty sorority type ... but she was proud of it and said she actually never slept with any of them, although that was challenged by one of the SC recruits. She evidently subscribed to the Clinton philosophy that blowjobs were not sex.

The fact she was paid by UT coaches as an official recruiter is what makes this a story. Basically a member of the athletic department was paid to blow recruits.

A certain message board was making the accusations against Ole Miss that we went to Memphis and hired strippers and escorts to come down on big recruiting weekends. I shite you not
What's so bad is that the Hostess program wasn't so skeevy under Fulmer. I know how it was from a relative who was one (she was also an RA). One of the reasons I respect Phil is a story she told: a highly rated recruit was getting way too fresh so to speak with a hostess and Fulmer saw it and sent his arse packing that instant. It must've been pretty bad but Fulmer was always a classy dude despite all grief we give him.
Of course, you could argue that we could afford to do that - our recruiting was great then and we were on top of the world but I think it had more to do with Fulmer seeing it happen (the hostess in question was very uncomfortable to say the least) and the fact that he had daughters of his own.
Kiffin, OTOH, wrecked a university Mercedes late one night with coeds inside with him and did his best to turn the hostess program into an outright escort service with himself as Head Pimp.
