He reminds of of Mark Richt 2.0. Good coach not great that cannot win a national championship regardless of recruiting.

Double edged sword there. He had some dynamite defenses when he had talent at LSU and Nebraska's offenses seem to do well.

I still think UF could do WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY better.

They need another defense minded coach. I get nervous when Florida has an offensive guru for a coach.

An 8-4ish HC in Nebraska, where the only things to do are shucking corn and college football, would translate to a 6-6ish HC at Florida, where there is plenty to do in addition to college football.

Pelini's style is similar to Muschamp's, minus Muschamp's ability to recruit at a high level, IMO.

With that said, I'd be ecstatic if they hired Pelini.
