Marshall will need to prove he can complete short to intermediate passes in order to execute long drives. Auburn does have the big physical WRs that could give our smaller DBs like Hilton and Golson some trouble.

I think we did ok against your offense last year other than containing Marshall running the ball himself. I don't remember Mason doing too much. Our D is far superior to last year's version.

Not to go too rebtard but the way our D is playing I can't imagine many offenses having sustained success.

yeah our receivers aren't physical at all

marshal is a much better thrower this season, and we have a bigger, more physical version of the guy above to go on the other side of the field.

Ole Miss has a very quick defense and will shut down Gus' offense.
Although Bama fans need it otherwise, Ole Miss will shut down Auburn 's offense to about 20 points.
Just hope you can shut down Ole Miss' offense more than that.

this will only happen if our o line continues to shite the bed, in which case idgaf because we aren't beating anyone good.

Yeah that's accurate. Sims is also a better much better passer than Marshall so hopefully we can find the same success on D.

The question I have about Auburn leading into this game is how dependable is Sammie Coates? I could see OM bracketing Duke like they did Amari and daring Coates to be the difference maker.

With Alabama we had White but he wasn't close to 100% healthy. That isn't an excuse, but a reality that Saban tends to play injured players that he can trust over inexperienced players in big games. I would have liked to see ArDarius Stewart or Cam Sims out there instead, but that is all Monday morning quarterbacking at this point. OM didn't take White seriously, and rightfully so. He wasn't a threat in that game. Add to that Christion Jones has been a major disappointment at WR dating back to the WVU game. Don't even get me started on his return duties

Sims is not a better passer than 2014 Marshal. We've only put together one offensive game where our receivers were catching the ball but Marshal has been on point most of the season.

He did get rattled in the MSU game and started sailing it.

Coats is unreliable but he's a burner and tends to preform well in big games.

Also @ Billy my bad

really what this game is going to come down to is can we get it together and play to our talent level, if yes, then we win, if no then we lose.

It's all on the players imo.

Running behind C-Rob worked for us. They sort of adjusted, but even still they didn't stop it, we just left it.

Auburn has a good chance to win the game. People forget Bama had that game won if not for a number of mental breakdowns late. Limit the mental mistakes and you can beat them.

Just don't throw it a lot. That defense has a number of ball hawks.

We're going to have to throw it a lot. Our run game is not on par with alabamas but I believe our passing game can be better, and our QB is more mobile.

Which quarterback is better IYO?

QB A:

QB B:

I swear some posters have been beat over the head with a stupid stick. And don't start with fricking dropped passes. We have Christion Jones and OJ Howard who could win an award in derping away easy catches.

did you watch the k state game?

sorry dude but Marshal is the better passer. I know his numbers don't reflect it.

Edit: Also take a look at the o line play on each team...yalls O line has been playing a lot better.

also you already played atm...

so yeah.

I feel confident that we can go on the road and win this one.. Feel like we are the better overall team.. Plus Bo is gonna be Bo at some point this season.. Hopefully it will be in the Auburn game and he will give us a few.

Marshall is more clutch than Sims, but not a better passer.

Have you watched Alabama this year? Lulz. The left side of our o-line is dominant. The right side is a revolving door. Our center got injured against OM and we played a guy that almost greyshirted last year. Sims hasn't had a better oline unless your oline is complete dog shite.

The one game that our oline actually held up. Do you believe that Marshall will pass for more than Blake did against TAMU? I'm willing to bet not.

our o line isnt bad talent wise, they just havent been playing well. I'm not knowledgeable enough to say why, nor have I studied the film in depth. I do know they're having major issues on both sides.
