Bert has built a little equity being competitive this season. You can actually see glimpses of his plan coming to fruition.

Tenn line is so young, I think everyone realizes that and he will get time to see those guys develop. Tenn should not be winless in conference.
Bert needs a SEC win bad. Still a matter of time. Again, too much money invested in him right now.

If we had an OL we'd be scary good but we don't. And it's so damn frustrating to see the entire team is ready to crawl out of the hole but this one unit that nothing but time and experience can cure is killing us.
