I remember especially toward the end of last season there being a lot of hype about Derrick Henry and I haven't heard that much about him this season. Has he been injured, not getting as many carries for some reason, or is the media just not focusing on him so far? It just doesn't seem like he's getting the attention he received last year and it looked to me like he was going to be in the running to be one of the most elite backs in the conference.

Most Bama fans I know blame his low numbers on Kiffin not giving him the ball enough and to Yeldon too much.

Adrian Peterson couldn't run behind our oline if you handed him a switch, put a crying baby in the endzone, and had Ray Rice punching the baby moma.

Well if you are complaining about your Oline, I'm sure the Tennessee staff would be glad to trade with Saban.

This. If we had an immobile QB, we would most likely lead the nation in sacks. CamRob is the only saving grace on that OL.

Seems to be a combination of bad O-line, Drake getting more touches pre-injury, and he has been a little slow hitting the holes ( If you want to call them holes)

I saw in the stats that he had 70 some odd carries which didn't seem to be that much to me at this point of the season so I really wondered whether he was being utilized much.

Henry looked like your best back in the Arkansas game IMO.

I've watched him several times and he just seems slow and runs straight up... He's strong as an ox but I think other teams are figuring out how to get him down... Also I'd agree that bama's Oline hasnt played well.. They've also had some injuries on the line...

He seems to do better late in games after other teams D is a little tired. Seems to try to bounce outside too much right now. He will be fine when he gets more touches I suppose.

He's been a bit banged up as well. Both him and Yeldon were very limited heading into our game last weekend. We even had to move Ronnie Clark over to offense as an emergency RB.

He had to good games against WVU & Florida. He wasn't really used against the two scrub teams between those two games. Can't really remember how he played against OM (and I'm too lazy to look it up).
