They don't care what people do with their tickets for one or two crappy games a year as long as people have bought them. And tickets always be bought and paid for. The vast majority in season ticket packages.

as far as the actual tix sales, you are correct. however, bookoos of empty seats and real low concession sales plus local biz not covered up with customers. just look at what they did over one student section being empty. if half the stadium looked the same way, they would get the message.

Yes, but Saban will pitch a fit if everyone isn't in their seat by kickoff and stays until the end as we drum them by 50 points.

We're already scheduled to kick-off the 2016 season with USC in Arlington...although I'd like to see us schedule a second Power 5 team, it ain't gonna happen. I'm not excited about it, but it might as well be Kent State as opposed to FAU or Southern Miss (meaning the Southern Miss of the past couple of years any way)...

the other option is. the selection committee says, we would have picked you but you had 3 cupcakes on your schedule. this other team only had 1, better luck next year. err, whenever you decide to up the schedule.

Not saying its excusable but KSU, WKU, and USC are all quality competition compared to recent years at Alabama.

I agree...it'll change the first time we get left out by the committee due to schedule strength...hope the SEC goes to a 9-game conference schedule soon...that and playing a Power-5 team once a year should be sufficient, providing we win enough of our games...

Saban WILL NEVER LET THAT HAPPEN!!! Not a chance in hell... Dogs will be called off in the 3rd quarter and it will be a snooze fest as we run up the middle and screen pass the rest of the way..
