UGA defensive stats National/SEC rankings after week #7.....

#13 Scoring D at 18/game (#3 SEC)
#12 Rushing D at 101/game (#2 SEC)
#27 passing D at 202/game (#5 SEC)
#11 Total D at 303/game (#2 SEC)
#44 in sacks with 15 total. (#6 SEC)
#22 in interceptions with 8 total. (#6 SEC)
#32 in TFL with 41 total. (#4 SEC)
#6 Opponents 3rd down conversion at 26%. (#2 SEC)
That was one of our biggest issue on D the last coupla year. We also only have one cupcake in our stats, most have 2 or 3...
Slowly but surely....

Also of note, 13 turnovers forced so far.. They only forced 15 all season last year

Most of us probably thought our front 7 would be pretty darn good but our Secondary has made remarkable improvement under Pruitt's guidance especially considering unprecedented attrition.

8 interceptions in 6 games and there are 5 SEC teams ahead of us in that category seems weird.
