SEC Rant home page menu button not working

I am on chrome and for some reason the SEC Rant menu button does not work when on the home page. I am experiencing no other issues

Is your browser window minimized to be smaller than a tablet? You are getting the mobile version on the desktop and we don't allow you to get the mobile menus on desktop at this time. Working on something soon.

I thought home page just changed format to look like mobile
Thanks. At work I have a smaller browser window to split screen which explains why it was causing that.
