this matchup intrigues the shite out of me. both teams share similar strengths and weaknesses (minimal weaknesses). Im usually a fan of my team over the sport of football but lets face it i'd rather watch paint dry than watch lsu's offense. :bang head:

btw i have state winning in a thriller with a late field goal to win by 4, 31-27

State winning by a field goal
That's one of their "minimal weaknesses"

how is winning by 4, with a late field goal "winning with a field goal"?

Nah, it just means you actually like college football for the game rather than a way to measure penis size.

If state kicks a game winning field goal it probably is their year, based on their porous kicking game and our juju against kickers.

Nah. It is an intriguing game. Possibly the two best teams in the country that happen to be a lot alike playing in the regular season. I'm sure the loser will be viewed as having been vastly overrated and all, but it should be a really close and entertaining game.

Two of the more physical teams, both with very good offenses should make for some back and forth with big collisions.

Then IMO, the X factor is MSU. They haven't been very good very often and starkvegas will be losing its mind. Lots of drama, the perennial lower level team has risen up and is chomping at the bit to take down the Champ. It's a strong storyline, intriguing and the players involved are legit.

Nothing is wrong with that. I was the same way during a couple of our bad years. I don't know about a field goal though. Our kicker scares me to death.

Um no. There's some good games. Including UGA vs Mizzou, Ole Miss vs TAMU. I can't wait for the Ole Miss vs TAMU. Wanna see the crowd at College Station, they should be pumped, loud, etc.

I hate to say it but I fear LSU vs Florida will be like watching a Special Olympics event and I don't want to take anything away from the Special Olympics.

State and Auburn should be a hell of a game

It won't come down to a field goal though so no worries

In 2012, I went to AU home games, but after awhile expected not only to lose, but to be humiliated.

I attended the SECCG that year. It was a great game and I enjoyed seeing true competition.

2013 was totally different.

LSU won't be down long.

I am excited by this matchup. I do believe it is pitting the two best college teams in the nation right now. Will be watching it from start to finish. And as I think about it, this is reminding me a lot of November 5th, 2011. Going to be a good one.
