Conference Scheduling and Post Season idea from radio show

I think it was Mattingly that said this.
1. Drop to 7 game schedule and force to play A5 games twice per year.
2. Have teams ranked 1-7 (non SEC) in country earn the right to play SEC West teams in post season. He believes the West would win all.

With same segment Joel Klatt said the SEC needed to stop scheduling SBC etc and "get off it's high horse"

I also know that Mattingly is a goober that's on Arkansas state wide radio (thanks, Google). What I don't know is why I should give a shite what he thinks.
