VOLS/uga was the highest rated SEC game of the week including CBS. It is also the highest rated game on ESPN this year, bypassing VaTech vs OSU. Not bad for a noon game.

I think you have a point here. It was obvious to me when the pig posted that article about the Southwest Classic ratings earlier.
What was obvious is that Tenn is still a national draw with a national brand. That and an improvement in local talent means that Tenn ISN'T dead forever.
