It was close, prolly closer than many cards fans thought it would be before the season. Plus it came down to the final game. Congrats cards fans, and good luck in the post season.

No doubt about that. But glad it was. I'll be pulling for the Royals to make the WS and hopefully have another match up with the Cards.

If both teams were to make the WS, I'd be up for changing the sig at that point to something talking about Missouri owning MLB that we can all sport.

If you'd have told me that we'd essentially have the same records at the end of the season, I would have assumed that meant the Royals went on a tear and put up 95-100 wins.
The Cards played 5-10 games below what I expected. The offense was deplorable at times. The Royals finished right where I expected. I hope you guys win the WC game, one and done is no way to decide a playoff series. It sucks, and is stressful as hell to watch.

I agree. In baseball it is ridiculous to have a one game playoff. That's more of a play-in than a playoff. But I'll take it. And I'll be there tomorrow!
