Corps of Cadets at aTm: any football players?

How many FB players are also in the Corps of Cadets?
At AU, I remember Harold Hallman, an undersized NG, being a Marine option(forgot the exact name of the program) and wearing a military uniform sometimes on campus.

There have been walkons in the past who have done both. Pretty sure there aren't any this year though

It'd be pretty difficult. Football and the Corps both take up lots of free time. Add in school and that'd be a helluva schedule to juggle.

I would imagine that any football player would be much too tired to be chasing the fem milkmen after wins.

I think 1965, which is when it became voluntary.

Are those two mutually exclusive? We all were under the impression your football team participated in the same time honored tradition that all your students do as well

There was one my freshman year who was class of 97. Huge defensive lineman.
