911 on clock tower as Marty tries to warn Doc about the future.

119 on clock at Twin Pines Mall as Marty arrives to witness the attack carried out by middle eastern terrorists.

Two more clocks are shown at Twin Pines Mall, both show 119.

Twin Pines Mall becomes Lone Pine Mall after the attack. The former two pine logo become one, just as one tower now stands in place of the twins.

Video of two towers falling is shown in the background of a living room scene.

As Marty hits 88 mph and goes back to the future he leaves behind two large magmaesque fire streaks that run horizontal to each other, like an 11. As the screen scopes out, a large 9 appears to the left of the magma, creating a very obvious and large 911.

In the Land of Tin they say there is a lot more concerning this movie and 911 (like the day Marty goes back in time is the day the Patriot Act was signed) that isn't covered in this short clip.
