Did they keep up with this? How many more times did Auburn get the ball for free? And is that the real reason they barely squeaked by Kansas?

they never had the ball in the 4th quarter with a chance to win or tie. Feels comfortable to me.

You must've been drunk or have a memory problem.

Bill Self abandoned the trap and Pearl took advantage

guess those old conference rivalries die hard. I'd be missing that old conference too if I just realized the best I would ever do is 3rd in my division. I bet if you hold your mouth just right Texas will take yall back.

Missed field goals are turn overs, or gifts from Kansas

So we can now add interceptions to Auburn's pile of lucky plays. Thanks for clearing that up

They never turned it over a 4th time, you must have dreamed that one.

Should we remove Turnovers from the game? It is a safety issue because the other team has to put their defense back on the field so quickly.

Win the Turnover battle and you usually win the game.

Well when it literally bounces off a wide open WR's chest in the end zone, up in the air and falls gently into the Auburn DB's arms..............

can we count dropped tds as unlucky and thus make it a wash?

Or is that only a one way street?

Of course, I was only talking about the first INT. If you can't admit that was lucky then, ok.

Depends on the nature of the drop.

If a strong gust blows the ball off course, or rain makes the ball slick, it's bad luck.

If a WR who is being touted as one of the best in the SEC cannot catch an easily catchable ball multiple times - that means you really don't have that good of a WR.

If it hits the hands, it's catchable. Don't blame crappy WR play on luck.

KSU's WR not catching the ball - bad WR play.

The bounce floating gently into the waiting arms of an AU defender - luck.

I never knew there were so many caveats to luck. Glad we're living right. Good things good people and all that jazz.

It was a sloppy game all around. Auburn went in and found a way, all that really matters.

You're right though...not much was pretty about it. Minus nick's touch pass to duke in corner.
