Clemson is requiring students and faculty to complete an online course through a third party website that asks invasive questions about sexual history.

In an email Clemson says that failure to complete the course will be a violation of the “Student Code of Conduct, General Student Regulation 8: Failure to Comply with Official Request.”

In screenshots obtained exclusively by Campus Reform, the Clemson University is asking students invasive and personal questions about their drinking habits and sex life as part of what they’ve billed as an online Title IX training course.
“How many times have you had sex (including oral) in the last 3 months?” asks one question.
“With how many different people have you had sex (including oral) in the last 3 months?” asks another.
In a campus-wide email, Clemson University announced that all students, faculty, and staff would be required to complete a mandatory, one-hour long Title IX training course by November 1.
“We believe you’ll enjoy the assignment,”

I'm waiting for someone to hack the company that collected the data and then make that data public. Lawyers gonna get paid.

I'm not positive, but I think think it is the clause that that DOJ is cracking down on schools like florida state and missouri for their lack of care or follow through of procedures when handling rape investigations

The results could be compiled to make the ultimate Black Book; would sell on eBay for millions

Auburn didn't allow premarital or oral sex when I was there. All the girls said so.

That's fricking retarded. How any school would get away with making their students and employees answer such questions is beyond me. I'd imagine that it's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Its all a ploy so clemson can use this information to more effectively defend football players in abuse and rape cases in the future.

"Some shitty internet survey from 2007 said 1 of 5 women are sexually assaulted on college campuses. You're only reporting 1 in 100! Abandon due process and expel more innocent men!"

Having taken multiple statistical courses in my life time, I would skew the hell out of their results.
I wonder if 1,000,000 is an answer on any/all of those questions?
I think they are just trying to prevent the spread of hoof and mouth disease.

Yeah, that's not going to invoke a massive lawsuit.
Tater gonna tater.
Football related - could you see coaches using this to get Clemson recruits to decommit?
