Bump. Just did a test run podcast by myself. About 40 minutes.
Def needs a co-host to make it work well and some better equipment to take comments/questions via twitter and maybe some calls too.

I'd call in after I get drunk.
pioneerbasketball used to host a youtube channel where he would just sit there on camera and put his phone on speaker and let posters call in. I did that a few times, was fun.

I'd love a caller driven radio show that was more LSU/A&M driven than Iron Bowl driven like the Finebaum shenanigans. LSU may have pulled the most chicken shite move in the history of college football by backing out of that contract because A&M was dominating them so thoroughly and repeatedly, but New Orleans is fun, and I've never been a crawfish boil I didn't like.

I'd like to have an aTm guy as a co-host tbh but it would be hard to do because of location and logistics of everything.
Still could have some call-ins.
Even if not call-ins. Maybe just a thread where we preview the show and posters ask questions and kind of tailor the conversation the way they want it to go.
And twitter. Definitely live twitter during the show. Then maybe just call-in guests from each school. Like a poster from each school that we trust to call in and give us the vibe and story lines for his school.
