I'm generally against suicide, but if I were to choose suicide, I think something quick would be my preference.
Death by alligator would be far down the list.

Speaking of suicide I heard an interesting story out of Belgium today. Frank Van Den Bleeken, a violent rapist and murderer who's been confined to an institution since the 1980's, has recently won the right to end his life.
“I am a human being, and regardless of what I’ve done, I remain a human being. So, yes, give me euthanasia,” Van Den Bleeken said.
Van Den Bleeken, considering himself a menace to society, had refused to be considered for early parole.

It would be interesting if we allowed that here but I guess nothing is preventing a person from hanging themselves in their cell or picking a fight with a prison gang.

Its actually pretty retarded that we don't offer that here in 'Merica. It is such a common tactic to put down any pets, or other wildlife that are suffering or on the verge of deaths door.
You got an old dog or cat that is unable to enjoy life, just put them down. You hit a deer and it looks pretty bad, just put a bullet in the head. However if your a human and your quality of life is shitty, then nope, you can't be "put down". I think people should have that right if they want. I've seen a video of a clinic overseas that does this (was for college) and it seemed rather humane and a peaceful way to go, if one so choose that way, especially compared to using a bullet or a noose.
