Dansby had a decent day. Sacked Drew Breeze on a 4th qt drive.

Watched some of the Texans. Prosched whiffed on a block, but then provided a key block in the Watts TD reception.

Didn't look like any of our guys on the Rams did much.

About Dansby - "No contribution has been bigger than his sack of Drew Brees with 3:36 remaining in Sunday’s home opener that took the Saints out of field-goal range and set the stage for Brian Hoyer’s dramatics in a 26-24 win at FirstEnergy Stadium."

Just watched the video of him in the link above. Dude looks like the actor, Chiwetel Ejiofor.

Is tre hurt or just not getting reps?

He has a 1000 yard rusher ahead of him on the depth chart and Benny Cunningham the backup is solid. Last year he averaged 5.6 YPC for 250+ yards nd did well in preseason.

More that he just has a stacked depth chart. Honestly I expect Tre to break into his own somewhoere outside STL

I think his issue is pass protection. Until he gets better at it, probably won't see him too much.

yep, unless Stacy gets hurt (which looks likely considering every decent RB in the game is hurt or suspended), I doubt Tre sees many if any reps this year

Zac also did that while having like 2 carries for 4 yards through first 4 games. Especially with their 3rd string QB starting.

Jay Ratliff looked good and was very disruptive to the 49ers offense until he got a concussion and left the game.

I don't think Stacy is what people value him in say fantasy but he is a solid back that will produce. Hard to jump him because he doesn't do anything wrong. He just isn't a game changer

Absolutely. He's not going to rip off big runs consistently. Stacy is just a consistent 4 to 5 yards. I think Mason could make a great pairing with him if Tre can solve pass pro and whatever other issues he's having.

Corey Lemonier made Jay Cutler find another gear of fear speed in the late game.

Highlights from Sunday's games:

LINK

quote:

Houston fullback Jay Prosch made the first reception of his NFL career, and he took the short pass for a 24-yard gain during the Texans' 23-17 victory over the Buffalo Bills. Houston has a 3-1 record after winning two games last season.

quote:

Parkey did not get an opportunity to attempt a field goal during the Eagles' 26-21 loss to the 49ers. He did kick three extra-points.

quote:

Auburn players who were active but did not play on Sunday included Texans running back Ronnie Brown and Chargers cornerback Chris Davis.

Davis was active on game day for the first time this season, but he didn't get into the game.
