after re-re-watching the game, we were just out talented. Give Pittman 2 more years and we can have the O-line playing both halves as the first.

I don't understand all the abandoning the run critics, other than one drive, which started out as a PA pass and auburn had the run covered either way.

more depth at O-line LB and safeties will make this team an unstoppable force. I saw gaps being covered, a heisman running qb being kept in check, and a lot of mid-level catches by auburn.

You can't keep a running qb (with our depth) in check while covering the middle. Once we have better safeties, better O-line, better lbs this team can wreck house.

I remember last year you were a little more upset about the season than the others around here. You still feel the same? Not optimistic at all?

have you not seen the o-line recruitment by pittman? 2 years for shannon and smith to bring in their players isn't that big of a task.

chicks will want our D

When I first read this I thought it said, "Death will come"

Yep, lol... will we all be alive when the depth is at the level it needs to be to win against Bama, ATM now.....Aub, etc...

no hype, if we have a pittman-recruited 2 deep, we will most likely win every game.

rob smith needs to show some game and get his secondary in order.

Randy shannon isn't a nobody. if Smith can get some guys in we're good.

bama didn't try to snatch pittman for the fun of it.

our o-line coach/recruiter will recruit better o-line than bama.

even if everything else fails, we will have the best run game in the country.

look man, I get it and agree for the most part. We have to keep Pittman regardless. he is LEGIT

However, without LB's and a Defensive Secondary we are toast against spread teams period. I do not look forward to the ATM Game at all for the next several years, or the HUNH teams either. Willie Rob is the only coach I can remember here to handle such looks without much trouble from the D side of the ball.

Look at our recruiting at the present time, WE NEED D BAD Safeties, Corners, LB's PLEASE!!!!

I'm still waiting on the Randy Shannon impact on getting LB'ers to come here. He's done a good job opening the doors to S.Florida but frick, we need back 7 help now.

Randy Shannon as a premier recruiter is vastly overblown. The guy has an eye for talent no doubt and is a great coach but he's not some lights out recruiter like everyone assumes.
