Vandy looks like garbage. Ole Miss pulls away late. You know it's coming.

For the first time in many years I can say that I'm 100% confident that we are going to absolutely skull frick those bastards.

We went on the road that season and beat Fresno State at least. I don't think this Vandy team could do that.

If Vandy beats us I'll probably just sell my season tickets and focus on my work

So, uh, Ole Miss fans. I know you folks enjoy a close game as much as we do. Thus, I propose two options. Would you be open to allowing us to extend Jordan Matthews' eligibility by one game? Secondly, do you have a decent coach on your team who doesn't mind helping us out?

Blissfully optimistic but expecting:

For Vandy fans, Im afraid you all made a very poor hire in Mason. Certainly , hard to replace someone like Franklin but seems your Athletic Dept had made a commitment to football and just think you guys should have went after a more proven coordianator. Could be wrong and for ya'lls sake hope that I am , but see some tough games ahead till Mason is replaced.

A more proven coordinator? Really? Mason stopped Oregon at Stanford. He's very proven as a coordinator, we should have hired a guy with some damn leadership and possibly head coaching experience.

I've been trying to point something out to Vandy fans and nobody has confirmed it for me yet. Go on Youtube and watch a clip of Mason being interviewed as the Stanford DC. Then watch a video of Mason talking about being the HC at Vanderbilt. In the former he speaks pretty well. In the latter he uses crutch phrases constantly, and flat out stutters like he has a legitimate speech defect. The man does not have the testicular fortitude to be in charge, and he did himself no favors by hiring a proven loser for an OC.

Well, in essence , I agree with you, I just didn't want to be too harsh. There is little doubt that Franklin had brought your program up and Vandy certainly could have hired a proven head coach and certainly some good ones out there that could have filled the bill a lot better than Mason. Ive always pulled you guys except when you play us and I hope Im wrong on Mason and like Gene Stallings who started out 0-4 at Bama and turned it around, maybe Mason can do so but as you stated and as Saban has been quoted, he had that brook trout eyes look and I don't know if he is the Man for the job. Good luck in future games.

I knew Vandy was screwed when Mason walked into SEC Media Days wearing a bow tie.

Dude! You're a SEC HC, not a professor emeritus.

Jim Harbaugh won 4 games his first season at Stanford. I think people may be jumping the gun. He's changing offensive styles which takes time.
