I keep reading LSU fans say we can't run the ball. This world doesn't make sense!

I think it is the lack of commitment to it and the fact that no matter what you guys are going to throw the ball 60 times or so....it is what it is.

At times I wish we would run the ball more last night but then I realized that the biggest mismatch on the field was our WR vs their DB. Let's see if we go a little more run oriented when that matchup isnt as favorable.

You played a great game.

When you are passing at will against an inferior defense, it makes running the ball a helluva lot easier.

You guys looked stacked. Lets wait and see if USC is that bad or you guys are that good.

To be fair aggies did have to hear for 8 months how much our offense was going to blow without Johny, Jake, and Mike.

Y'all looked significantly better than I expected. LSU will still beat you.

We will see. I agree we seem to lack commitment in the red zone. Between the 20s, screens and shite are basically runs.

We don't need to say anything to LSU until our team shows up for the game.

What is so funny?

Are you telling me that there will be a time this year when Hill throws less that 35-40 passes and you have a runner that carries the ball 25+ times....I'd bet money that those never happen...especially not together. Do you even know what offense you run?

I was fricking stoked when Tre Carson got a nice power rushing 3 yd TD last night. I so wanted that run and not a short TD pass.

I think when people mention a run game, they mean something you can lean on when your QB/WR's just are not getting it done on any given night.

Yards are not all that important as being able to run the ball down a teams throat.

Weird, because when I watched, there wasn't anything yall couldn't do against their D. Crossing my fingers that South Carolina was just very overrated. And in all honesty, I think it might be a little of South Carolina overrated, Texas A&M underrated.

We ran 99 plays last night. If Hill didnt have at least 35 passes we would be running the LSU/Bama offense.

And we have a 3 RB committee approach so obviously one wont get to 25 carries by themselves.
