The graph assumes that teams who aren't busted for cheating aren't cheating.

The answer is no.

It looks like someone just threw the logos on a board and then drew the grid in around it. I see absolutely no basis for each place on the grid.

I do see that if you click on a logo some of them give a little synopsis. There is nothing for Bama and Auburn moves up because they weren't expected to do much last year? How does that make them more admirable?

This looks pretty scientific. And I too get my sports information from the leader in sports, the wall street journal

Duke is a "powerhouse". Clemson is "admirable".

Sounds perfectly scientific to me.

Top right quadrant is the best, powerhouse that does it right.. (Auburn, UGA) Bottom right is a powerhouse that has NCAA issues in recent times (BAMA)

The on field powerhouse rankings are based on 2014 projected finishes averages by USA today(Human), Athlon(Human), Phil Steele(Human), Espn Predictive model(Computer) and Football Outside predictive model (Computer).

They should of used ranking averages for the last 2 or 3 years or something.

How is Ohio St so high and to the right?

They were on probation for two years just recently, and replaced a proven cheater in Tressel
with an obviously ethics challenged Urban Meyer.

How can Georgia State be so low? Doesn't Bill Curry count for anything these days?
