Someone will live a longer life because of Wilson and they will never even know it.

So there is a video of the kid laying in the street and two guys behind the camera talking about what happened.

The guy in the background that saw the whole thing says the kid was running back towards the cop when he shot him.

I don't know if it will hold up or not but he was pretty adamant about it in the video.

FYI, the x-ray of the supposed broken eye socket that's floating around is fake. It's actually an x-ray from 2010 stamped with the University of Iowa. It was pulled from this site, scroll down.

Oops, wrong one.

It also says "file image" underneath the X-ray, so you know that it isn't Darren Wilson's.

(File Image)

They are just showing the layman what an orbital fracture looks like. No more than that. They won't show any potential evidence before going to trial.

Yeah I posted that one a few days ago, too.

Slam dunk case, man won't serve any jailtime whatsoever.

Anyone wails on me hard enough to shatter an eye socket, I'm crankin' a few rounds into them.

Totally with you and especially as a cop. Police officers have been killed for less shite than what this little punk did.

Not to mention if a 6'4'' guy is charging at you, it's alright to feel threatened for your life.

They always say "unarmed" when they bitch and moan about it but most grown men can kill you without a weapon.

That too.

I don't envy police officers at all for what they have to put up with.

Addendum: Even though he's right, will people apologize for calling him a murderer? Will the same people in the video saying that he "shot him for no reason" over and over again rethink how they assess relations with police?

Will it still be racism, even if the cop was completely right in not only his suspicions but his lawful orders?

It's really, really bizarre that the hatred remains even when an officer does something right.

The fracture alone proves nothing. If they can prove that Brown caused it because he reacted violently to an officer following proper protocol, then it's case closed.

I highly doubt they will be able to do that. Y'all are fooling yourselves if you think we'll ever know exactly what happened and who was at fault.

Let me just lay this out for you, scro.

1. The one witness to back Brown (who actually saw what happened) was robbing a store with him not minutes earlier.

2. The multiple witnesses that said Brown was shot in the back have appeared to "misspeak".

3. Unbiased witnesses at the scene during a recording have pointed out that the officer was telling the truth.

4. The autopsy and forensic evidence lie heavily with the officer.

5. Your only objection is if the officer confronted him without using proper protocol and there is nothing on this planet at this moment that suggests he did.

There is absolutely no way this officer will face any jailtime barring evidence that hasn't yes manifested.

No way.
