it is still a mystery how the tiny sea creatures have found their way 205 miles from Earth and onto the surface of the craft.

Plankton are usually microscopic but the species also include jellyfish.

Even as they try to solve the puzzle Russian scientists say bugs in space can survive despite lack of oxygen, zero gravity, extreme temperatures, and cosmic radiation.

Head of the Russian ISS orbital mission Vladimir Solovyev said: “The results of the experiment are absolutely unique.

“We have found traces of sea plankton and microscopic particles on the illuminator surface. This should be studied further.”

“Plankton in these stages of development could be found on the surface of the oceans.

“This is not typical for Baikonur. It means that there are some uplifting air currents which reach the station and settle on its surface,” he said.

If air currents bring plankton up to that level, what happens, say, if a meteor bounces off the atmosphere and then flies a couple trillion miles and crashes into a planet that had a primordial ooze like sea?

Mind blown gif here.

You'd need to write a story about it, changing a few minor details. You could title it "Genesis". Compile it, along with a bunch of other fun stories, into a book. But what to name that.........

I feel like this is the first scene in a movie that involves Chtulhu.

I am somewhat apprehensive.
