Nick Saban has no plans to announce a starting quarterback any time soon, but he wants to make sure media and fans aren’t discounting senior Blake Sims as a viable option for starter.

If they get better OL play it won't matter who is under center. If they get OL play like they had last year with a below average qb I could see them losing 2-3 games.

We are doing the dual system that Les and Spurrier invented. Saban has perfected it. Coker passes and Sims runs option. We have them both on the field at the same time too so you have 2 dual threat guys at once and Sims played RB before.
