How much shite do kids get away with at other schools?
While fans of these places love to rag on Richt and say "father richt" while implying he's not as holy as he puts on, there is no doubt that these kids would be disciplined much more harshly at UGA.
Taylor was gone by the end of the DAY. How many team votes or failed honey badger drug tests can one get?
If a UGA player was busted for 10 grams of pot would he only be missing one game? That's assuming Nick Marshall misses more than the first quarter.
It's absolutely disgusting what some of these programs allow the kids to get away with while receiving punishment "in house" without disclosing anything.

You are talking high level college football where the amount money these teams generate overide ethics.
It has nothing to do with the coaches. It's systematic and the coach is only a small piece of the decision making process in terms of how the program operates and at what level of tolerance they will take with off the field issues. 99pct of teams in the SEC would welcome him back. Georgia probably gives Taylor a second chance if he doesn't have previously issues but you would have seen a suspension for sure.

We understand that we punish more than most institutions. It's not about other programs being more harsh or giving a crap what they do. It is about OUR program. Bitch that we are too harsh, not "how much they get away with at other schools."
Also, this kid will still be suspended for at least 1 game and most likely 2. JT would have a 2-3 game suspension as well if he was charged with a misdemeanor.

Shouldn't you be less prissy and post this crap on the rant where dissenting views can respond?
Don't be that fan....

The Rant is an LSU fan run board. You can get booted very easily for having dissenting views with that fan base.

Nah I'm leaving it here. Not trying to get banned before the season. Look what happened to the Aubie thread about it. Theres so many LSU people that they will over flow you with down votes and denial (frightening). This board is my home. Suck my penis.

Seems like a very similar situation, as WG pointed out on the Rant thread, that Sanders was in. Despite being adamant of his innocence, we suspended him 2 games.
Because, of course, we are Thug U

I think it's incredible that the logic is, more arrests, more thug school.
That means that FSU actually became more morally acceptable when Winston wasn't charged with theft or rape because he wasn't arrested. Didn't go into the total amount of arrests so it doesn't count.
It's the most arse backwards shite ever.
We had some kid get kicked off for inappropriate behavior towards women. Sent him to LSU. They needed a quarterback so we spotted them one. Still beat them. This may be a continues Mett Melt

This is what I'm trying to point out to those knuckledraggers. It's more about the crime than the arrests.
