Go ahead and downvote me, but Fan Day has become a joke. It's a complete embarrassment to the school and the fans. Surely they can change it to where it's not just a free-for-all and is no longer a punchline among the media & opposing fans.

I enjoy laughing at them. I say let it stay. The actions of others shouldn't embarrass you. Just laugh at em.

It should just be for kids. Any grown man that goes through all that for an autograph of a college kid needs to reevaluate their priorities in life.

Agreed. It's sad that they pass up a chance to watch practice so they can get an autograph. It's like the idiots who skip the 2nd half of national championship games so they can stand in line at Academy Sports for a T-shirt. It defies logic.

I bet there are a lot of people who would like to take their kids but know what a zoo this has become.

All you have to do is put Saban's table on the other side of the stadium field.

Those first in line would only have to "run" about 10 yards and even those who walked would be guaranteed to get his signature within ten minutes.

Of course you cold. You cold also put it in Coleman or fosters, but they won't. They PTB enjoy see these fatties run, that's why they play music and take pictures of them,

If you take out the running, it's a pretty nice service to the fans.

We've had this event for as long as I can remember. It used to be during A-Day weekend. But it was never a circus like it is now.

It's become a complete circus and it's hard to believe that the University hasn't done a thing to manage it.

Don't judge, breh. Most of them probably saved for two months, just to take off on a Sunday(time and a half $$$)from mashing up chicken assholes at the Blountsville Tyson facility, to make the trip. They're happy to be there.

This was the first year that we have ever attended fan day as my 9 and 13 year old wanted to go. It was VERY interesting to say the least. These were not the same fans that attend games. I think they should charge something just to keep out the trash.

I did get to watch the practice and got soaked. Coker is a big dude, Cornwell is even bigger.

Coker looking good in practice but believe it or not in the rain Sims looked a little better. The receivers dropped a lot of balls in the rain. Tight ends and DB's looked really good, Cooper looked good. Tony Brown is gonna be stud.

I decided to walk over to watch practice and Fan Day is one of hell of a people watching event.

I left right before they did the autographs and the line to get in was absurd and that didn't even include the people still in the stadium that likely were going to get in line.

Rule 1

Any free event such as ADay and Fan Day is better left at home. It brings out all the crazies and people who can't afford to go to the real games.

You don't think they can do that without making it a complete circus?

And in case you didn't see the video, most of those people weren't kids.
