Forum Idea for the New Normal

Background, I was on a forum for years, a small fishing forum in SC.
There was a member who used to make 25 posts a day with every little thought that popped into his head.
His handle was Fiddla Crab.
They made a forum just for him.
It was called "Lockup with Fiddla"
The same thing should be done with Mizzou Killz
A forum called "Lockup with MizzouKillz"
MizzouKillz is forever banished to his own forum.
Anytime another random SECR poster gets in trouble, instead of immediate banishment, the poster gets thrown into "Lockup with Mizzoukilz" for a week, two weeks, 6 months, whatever.
This isn't just an "idea". I've seen this work on another forum.
It's worth a mention on the next conference call.

I fully support the idea. How is any of this over my head? If I was stuck alone with Killz I would just not post again.
