A buddy of mine has tickets for Hogs/Tigers this year. What can I expect from Mizzou fans? This will be my first college game at an opponents campus. My buddy is a Jayhawk but will be going neutral, me, I will Arkansas red. Look forward to maybe meeting some of you guys and I will be bringing some whiskey with me if yall wanna have a drink before or after game.

You'll find a great college town full of very friendly people. They'll offer you food and drinks at their tailgates. They'll make suggestions on places to go. It'll be good natured.

If your friend says he's a kU fan though, all bets are off and none of that will happen. Sad, but true.

Leave the buddy at home, better yet find a new buddy, no Jayturd is neutral towards MIZZOU, it's in their DNA, bring Wild Turkey or shine

Seriously, unless you want to have a shite time (and that's if you're treated cordially) make sure your friend wears absolutely nothing kU related. Same goes for that chant of theirs. And I really don't think anyone is understating that.

Assuming he leaves his imperfections at home, you'll get what you receive. If you're there having a good time and good natured, you'll get the same. If you're a jack arse, you bound to find the jack arse portion of our fans.

Sorry for our Arky friend. Not every single kU fan is a douche canoe, maybe he found one of the 1%.

But yeah, screw kU.

Ha ha. I will recommend that he not wear any KU attire. If anyone drinks Evan Williams, we will have a good time.

I come in peace bearing gifts of whiskey. Probably should have left the part out of my buddy being a KU fan.

Naw, you're good yuma and you'll have a good time. Just seriously have him leave the kU stuff at home and not mention it and you'll have a blast.

You will have a good time. COMO is a good town to have fun in. Just tell your friend to shut up about his jayhawk thing and things will be fine.

One thing I can promise, if you go around with that guy and he puts on kU stuff while you have on Arky stuff...you will (rightfully so) be harrased and then should consider staying close to the other piggies.

ATX, I say this because a friend of mine who grew up in Nebraska as a kansas fan, is a damn jayhawk fan to this day. But Mizzou is her 2nd team. And she's not a douche canoe. Just misguided.
