when they're at their best (jacked up on methamphetamines) or should I count this as the Hogs' 8th win of 2014?

Doubtful, but moreso because Arky just isn't very good. Mizzu will drop off some this year, though probably not too much since they play a relatively easy schedule.

To answer your question... I'm not writing Arky down as a WIN in ink. Anything can happen (see Auburn & Missouri).
Bert comes off as a cementhead but he did do a lot of winning in the B1G, so who knows?
