He's a hoss....looks ready to contribute now:
Most referred to as a WR, but also plays LB. He's 6-3, 220 according to 247Sports, as a rising junior. Pretty impressive athlete...

Keeping my fingers crossed that this recruiting momentum continues and we sign all these guys when the time comes.
We seem to really be on a roll right now. In all my years, and I've been a serious recruitnic since the early 70s, this is soooo far ahead of what we've ever done before ... it is hard to overstate it quite honestly.
To put it into perspective, I was talking to Dave Roberts not long ago. Dave, as you know was our RC under Holtz and was known for his recruiting prowess. I had a famous recruiting guru tell me one time that Dave was the best recruiter of his day when he was at Notre Dame and Baylor.
So Dave says to me, "(says my name) did you ever think you would live to see the day when we would see South Carolina able to sign these kind of classes?"
That was before this latest class really started to come together. I can only imagine what he is saying now. I'm going to have to give him a call this week.
I told him then, "I always thought we could ... if we just started winning big. I always told you Dave, we were a sleeping giant - we've got to begin with keeping our best players home."
I've been preaching that forever - all of us have. But winning is bringing it to fruition. Winning and facilities.
We owe a lot to Stephon Gilmore, Devonte, Alshon, Marcus, Clowney, et al.
... and Spurrier and his staff. Bubba right now, as our recruiting coordinator, deserves a ton of credit. He's very very good. Perhaps will go-down as our best ever? Think about that if he becomes our next HC. A guy with this sort of ability to organize these kind of classes.
We lose coaches. Ellis Johnson at Auburn now and Brad Lasting at Florida. And these guys are still recruiting these same players ... but these players are staying home and coming home and .. just think about that for a moment. Think about what that means.
The South Carolina Gamecocks are now bigger than any one person, than any one coach .. these kids are growing-up Gamecock fans. We are becoming a nation of one. Sorry if that reads corny or fruity but it is exactly that which the perinniel powerhouses live-off-of ... tradition and expectations. It becomes about being part of the family. It becomes ingrained in our nature.
I think that is what we are seeing and, if that is what is truly happening then we might finally be arriving to the world of big time powerhouse football.
Let's keep our fingers crossed for another big season this year.
