Glad to hear that. I love talking football. Btw, how's Mack Brown doing? I loved watching that kid tear it up on the high school level and was bummed when he signed with UF.

Never reached his potential. Tough time picking up playbooks and protection. Will be 3rd/4th team back.

Matt Jones was a beast of a third down back in 2012 but never really got it going in 2013 due to a viral infection and a lousy offensive coordinator. Boom said at media days he was around 240 and carrying it extremely well so I am assuming he will be our go to guy in short yardage and goal line situations.

RB is least of UF's worries on offense IMO. Taylor, Jones, and Brown all have significant experience.
Lane is the darkhorse IMO. Everything I've heard about him indicates he could be the best RB on UF's roster.

That hes very underrated in terms of his speed. Everyone says hes a big "bruiser" back, but hes also really fast.
They list him at 5'7 222 lbs, but hes built like a tank and runs low to the ground. Its gonna be tough for him to get carries, but if he comes in and blows up, I won't be surprised at all.
He had a great O&B game too.

I really think AL will contribute a lot this year, but yeah, I'm actually excited about the backs. I'm also a fan of Matt Jones, sucked last year went the way it did as well.

Matt also sustained a knee injury that ended his season. The viral infection was a big hit though.
He's currently list at 6'2" and 235 lbs. Big boy.
I can't wait to see Adam Lane too. Hopefully, he's got some Maurice Jones Drew in him.
