The next ice age will begin any day. One day you'll wake up buried beneath nine stories of snow.
It's all part of a dependable, predictable cycle, a natural cycle that returns like clockwork every 11,500 years. And the last ice age ended almost exactly 11,500 years ago...

Sea levels fall during every ice age. During the last ice age, sea levels dropped around 400 feet.
A land bridge will appear from Siberia to Alaska. The appearance of Britain and the islands of Southeast Asia will change. The Hudson Bay will be filled. Florida will double in size. New Orleans and southern Louisiana for that matter will now be safe from sinking into the gulf.

Your math is faulty. How can the last ice age have occurred 11,500 years ago when the earth is only ~6,000 years old?

You're not that far off; during the winter you can actually walk from Russia to Alaska over the ice.

I don't ever recall hearing of Polar Vortex events when I was younger. Maybe a cooling phase is coming.

No, in the documentary "The Day After Tomorrow", it clearly shows that climate change happens too quickly and they'll mostly all die.

If you're buried beneath nine stories of snow, you're not waking up.
