Saban said this at media days. I'm not sure how much it is going to help. If somebody is determined to enter draft, they don't care what their grade is.

If more than 5 want to apply from LSU again next year, how will they determine the odd man out? Probably going to be challenged in court at some point

To me, this will just induce people to declare early and often so that they are one of the 5. Kids that are taking their time considering, may get left out in the cold. Im surprised the NFLPA would put up with that.
